Terms and Conditions
Introduction

These terms and conditions stands for a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Agency. It is imperative that the Client reads the agreement to understand the working relationship between the Agency and the Client. It is assumed that you agree with the following  terms and conditions by signing the agreement with the Agency:

The “candidate” is the person who is introduced to the Client by the Agency. An introduction is considered when the name and/or details of the candidate are given to the Client.

The Agency functions as a job agency which introduces potential candidates to Clients. It does not however employ candidates in any way. Upon hiring the candidate, the Client is responsible to give an employment contract to him/her is also has an obligation towards his/her Visa and is requested to reimburse all rational conveyance costs to the candidate.

Fees and Payment
Once the requirements of the Client are understood, we start sending CVs of prospective candidates to the Client. We normally send the first candidate free of charge, after which an introduction fees of 500 AED is to be paid by the Client for each candidate sent to him. The introduction fees is later deducted from the placement fees once a candidate has been chosen by the Client.

Once the candidate has been chosen and offered employment either verbally or in writing, it is the duty of the Client to inform the Agency and pay the placement fee.

Once the invoice is submitted by the Agency, the placement fee and/or introduction fee (whichever applicable) is to be paid within 7 days from the date of the invoice submitted which otherwise will be subjected to a surcharge of AED 2,000 and a further surcharge of AED 1,000 will be charged on each invoice re issued after every 10 days.

A full placement fee is payable to the Agency if the candidate is rejected or rejects an employment offer initially by the Client and afterwards if is employed by the Client within 12 months of introduction.

It is the complete duty of the Client to inform the Agency if a Temporary recruitment becomes a Permanent one. The full placement fee is applicable and is to be paid within 7 days after an invoice is issued by the Agency.

If a candidate goes back to the Client within 12 months of introduction whether for temporary or permanent job, then the Client is responsible to inform the Agency immediately and pay the applicable fee of 2000 AED plus the placement fees to the Agency.

Confidentiality
All the information provided by the Agency to the Client is confidential and is not supposed to be revealed to anyone. In the event of the Client passing candidate information to any third person and consequently the candidate is employed by the third person, the Client will be liable to play the entire placement fees to the Agency.

Liability

We make an effort to make available the most appropriate candidates for introduction to our Clients. Nevertheless, the Client has the sole onus to recruit a candidate. We give no guarantee or warranty to the suitability, ability or integrity of the candidate introduced to the Client. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred from the employment of the candidate by the Client.

Refunds

The refund policy is applicable if:

  1. Within 7 days of the invoice date, the initial placement fee has been paid.
  2. The Agency is communicated of the termination of a candidate within 5 working days.
  3. The working environment of the candidate is fair and discussed in the beginning.

After an offer is accepted and the candidate does not commence employment on the fixed date, then the Agency will refund the acceptance fees.

The Agency will strive to provide an appropriate replacement if the candidate’s employment is ended or if the candidate leaves his job within first four weeks of commencement of job subject to conditions.
